He is our HORIZON...

Horizon is a community of Christian faith starting to get together in the Wilmington, NC area. Our community center building is located on Gordon Rd. about halfway between Market St. and I-40. What is a church, anyway? We just started a study in Acts to find out. That study group meets at 9:30 am each Sunday morning.

Faith in Christ is a Journey of Life that was never meant to be lived alone. The creator of the universe actually desires a healthy and vibrant relationship with every man, woman and child in the Wilmington area and beyond. This might surprise you, but this relationship is one of God's greatest purposes for our lives...He is our Horizon.

2009 Statistics indicate around 600 homeless men and women in our area. Real life change happens one heart at a time.

As we look around us, we see that there were many people and organizations already working to see lives changed and off the streets for good. But they need various goods to keep doing it: everything from toiletriesr to clothing to furniture... We figure they can't do this alone.
